    IIRC, this was a U of I Urbana Republican group that printed the TShirts and presented one to the gov when he was at an appearance there. He obviously took it in stride and sort of made a joke about it. This was already covered at CapFax, complete with this or a very similar photo, and should be in the archives somewhere, but I’m not sure when.

    I’ve got one of the original shirts as well.

    The young man in the photo is Justin Randall, the former President of the UIUC College Republicans.
