  1. Has anyone heard any information about when the Illinois EPA plans to submit the applications for the Inflation Reduction Act Home Energy Rebate programs? More than 20% of the states have already submitted applications and New York state has already been awarded $161 million for the Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates program. I’m sure there is work going on behind the scenes on this but it would be nice to get more information about the Illinois implementation of a law that has been in effect for well over a year.

  2. Unless I’ve missed it, any word on whether any of the callers or individuals behind the three Capitol lockdowns or evacuations in the last 6 weeks (Mar. 12, Sunday, and yesterday) have been identified and arrested? I understand if they can’t release details on the perpetrator but it would be reassuring to know if an arrest has been made.

  3. Despite the PR frenzy over the Bears stadium tomorrow there are 2 huge obstacles in the way. Friends of the Park and more importantly the 60 30 1 factor if they want public money. If i could make a bet on it when the smoke clears your 2033 bears will be kicking off a week after labor day at their current location with a fresh lease in their pocket
