Very interesting position from JB on Bears stadium…not what they wanted to hear. Those lobbyists have hard job ahead of them.

Saw a few cicadas popping out in the back yard yesterday. The first ones are coming from areas closer to buildings where the soil has been just a bit warmer for just a bit longer. Going by soil temp in the garden at 4in depth, I would estimate by next weekend they should be out in full emergence around here.

My puppies been trying to munch on junebugs for the last week. I think the cicadas will be a bit much for her.
